Best Western Plus Santee Inn

So nice to stay at a hotel that takes pride in ownership. Easy assess to and from I-95. Comfortable bed. Great TV with Netflix and ability to stream. Great breakfast in a cheery breakfast room. Well maintained pool. They are welcoming to boaters of the near by lake. We stayed during the holiday season and they were decorated beautifully for Christmas. Another plus, park right outside your room.

We were driving up from Florida to NY and decided to stop here and we had a great experience. We are traveling with a 1 year old and this location felt safe, very clean, comfortable beds, nice bedding, a good shower, great staff, and a nice continental breakfast. We will definitely stay here again if we find ourselves in the area.

Nice! quiet! very clean! Only Motel that had instant hot water In the shower. And I mean hot! After 9 hours of driving and at the age of 70 years of age a hot shower is very important to me. Dollar for dollar a very good value. Good job Best Western plus!

Ive never been in such a hospitable hotel with the people! Everyone is so kind!! Even the room service people say good morning have a great day! The breakfast staff Definetly have the gift of hospitality! And mind you, better have a reservation, they guaranteed our late arrival with our call to make sure our reservation was still on! It was a good experience after traveling in a cramped rental! Thank you all! Customer service! Cleanliness! They even have a small nook store for convenience!

I wanted to share that we only stayed because here because everything else was full BUT I do not regret it at all! My stay was so pleasant, the front desk staff was helpful and friendly. I believe her name was Victoria.. when we got to our room, it was so clean, the beds were comfortable, the towels and sheets were actually WHITE not stained. The room smelled clean, the bathroom was spotless. We had everything we needed. The parking was right outside the door so we didn’t have to park super far. They offered warm cookies when we checked in. I will for sure be returning.

I always make it a point to stay at Best Western Plus Santee Inn whenever I’m driving from the Philadelphia area down to Florida, and it never disappoints. The location is perfect—right off I-95—making it an easy and stress-free stop during a long road trip. After hours on the road, convenience really matters, and this hotel is ideally situated. The property is consistently clean and well maintained. The rooms, in my experience, are extremely clean, nicely appointed, and very comfortable. The beds are especially cozy, which is the most important thing after a long day of driving. I always wake up feeling rested and ready to get back on the road. The staff truly stand out. They are friendly, welcoming, and very accommodating, which makes every stay feel smooth and pleasant. Breakfast is also delicious, with plenty of options to start the day off right. Overall, I highly recommend this hotel to anyone traveling along I-95. It’s dependable, comfortable, and a great value every time.

Nice little motel, it's clean, good service, friendly staff and right off 95. I'm a smoker and usually travel with my dog and it's hard to find a place to stay in this general area. It's right around half way from Ohio to Florida and we stay here every year on the way to and from. The rooms are nice and clean, (smoking pet friendly rooms) don't smell like smoke or pets at all, and you even get coffee, standard toiletries, a fridge and microwave. There's also a nice steakhouse next door, gas and fast food all around, pool and laundry room, plus a complimentary full breakfast buffet in the morning. It's a little pricey on the weekends but what isn't these days.

The Best Western Plus Santee was the nicest Best Western I've ever been to! The hotel was very welcoming with its Christmas lights and decor, along with the atmosphere. The room was very spacious and clean and the beds we comfortable. The woman at the front desk (sorry I can't remember her name) was very nice and helpful. If I was traveling through this area again, I'd definitely stop to spend another night.
